Introducing the 2023 bottling of Chili Peppah Water, made with Boonville Barn Collective Espelette and Ancho Peppers. It’s a little less sweet than the last Amarillo Espelette batch and doesn’t contain xanthan gum (so it will settle — just shake it!).

Chili Peppah Water is found on most tables in Hawai’i, nestled next to the shoyu. Poi Dogs says “chili peppah water over everything,” and “everything” refers to rice, meats, macaroni salad, vegetables, you name it! Try it with smoky pork dishes, on poke, with sushi, and in margaritas.
