This is Pink Salt Kitchens' mild version of their Thai chili jam with all of the yummy shrimp paste and fish sauce notes, still balanced and insanely delicious.

It can be used as a condiment over your eggs, spread or dressing or on pasta, stir fry and soup. Dip your slices of 'za for a flavorful experience. Spoon it over vanilla ice cream for an umami finishing touch. The possibilities are endless.
